Terms of service

Last updated September 17, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Nashly. By creating an account or using the app or website, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use Nashly.

1. Who can use Nashly

You must be 18 or older, a real person using your own phone number, and you must follow the community rules. One account per person. Businesses, venues, and promoters must use a business account.

2. What Nashly is (and isn't)

Nashly is a bulletin board and social layer for real-world events posted by users and imported from public listings. We do not organize, host, vet, endorse, supervise, or insure any event. Hosts are not our employees or agents. Whether to post, attend, or meet anyone is entirely your decision.

3. Assumption of risk & release

Going to events and meeting people you found online carries risk, including injury, property loss, and interactions with people who are not who they say they are. You attend at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Nashly, its owners, and its staff from any claims arising out of events, hosts, attendees, venues, or content you find through Nashly, and you agree we are not liable for the acts or omissions of any user. Read our safety tips.

4. Your content

You own what you post. You give Nashly a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote it (including on nashly.app, in share cards, and in the app) for as long as it's on Nashly and in backups. You promise you have the rights to what you post, including photos of other people. We can remove anything that breaks the rules, and we can remove or hide content at our discretion.

5. Hosting an event

If you post an event you are responsible for it: the venue, permissions, safety, and any laws that apply. Don't post things you don't intend to hold. Cancel in the app if plans change so people are notified. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations lower your standing.

6. Check-ins, ratings & accuracy

Check-ins use your device location once to confirm attendance. Ratings are limited to people who checked in. Attempting to fake location, attendance, ratings, or identity is grounds for removal.

7. Business accounts & payments

Business features are sold as a monthly subscription and one-time featured placements, billed by Stripe on nashly.app. Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; cancel any time from the Business page and access continues through the paid period. Featured placements are non-refundable once live. Nashly does not sell tickets and takes no part in ticket transactions between you and third parties.

8. Enforcement

We may warn, limit, suspend, or delete accounts that break these terms or the rules, and we may do so without notice when safety or legal reasons require it. Three removed posts pauses posting pending review.

9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Nashly is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Event details may be wrong or change. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nashly's total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

Tennessee law governs these terms. Disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts in Davidson County, Tennessee, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the app; continued use after that means you accept them.

Draft prepared 2026-09-17; the release/waiver and liability sections must be reviewed by a Tennessee attorney before launch.
